What does the conference badge include?

The full conference badge allows entrance into all activities, events, Experience Floor, business seminars, grand finale event, etc.

If my spouse/guest attends, do they need to purchase a conference badge?

If your spouse/guest plans to attend any functions, Experience Floor, or general session, they will need to purchase a conference badge.

Can I purchase a ticket to the Grand Finale Event?

Yes. These can be purchased via the website registration when you register for the conference.

Are there special rates at the hotels in Los Angeles?

Yes. The host hotels are The Westin Bonaventure, The Courtyard, Residence Inn, Hotel Indigo and InterContinental. All reservations must be made through the Shell registration site.  Please do not contact the hotels directly.

What’s the best way for me to get the lowest airfare to Los Angeles for the conference?

Book your air travel early to get the lowest fare. Some websites you may want to check out for low airfares are www.Kayak.com and www.Expedia.com. Another option is to book your air online directly with your preferred airline. Many airlines offer lower fares by booking online.

Is ground transportation provided to/from the airport to my hotel?

No, transportation is not provided to/from the airport.  Please utilize a taxi or your preferred car service.

Is there shuttle service from my hotel to the Convention Center?

Yes, Shell will provide a shuttle from the Shell host hotels to the Convention Center during the Conference.  A shuttle schedule will be provided on the Shell Conference App.

How do I receive my CO-OP funds for my conference badges?

You will be asked how you would like your CO-OP funds handled on the registration form.

How many people from my organization can I bring?

There is no limit as long as space is available. Shell encourages you to bring your staff and retailers.  If you register more than five attendees, you will receive the discounted rate of $599.00 per person for all attendees.
